- 41 × 33 × 15 cm — WestJet’s personal item and the safest all-rounder: it also fits Air Canada, Porter and Flair.
- 43 × 33 × 15 cm — Flair’s free personal item (7 kg). Fits Air Canada and Porter too, but not WestJet.
- 43 × 33 × 16 cm — the personal item allowed by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and Porter.
- 55 × 36 × 23 cm — a slim carry-on that passes at both WestJet (36 cm wide) and the airlines that allow 40 cm.
- 55 × 40 × 23 cm — the standard carry-on for Air Canada, Porter, Flair and Air Transat. Too wide for WestJet.
- 56 × 36 × 23 cm — WestJet’s exact carry-on limit; slightly too long for Air Canada and Porter.
